André: "We're in good form, but nothing is guaranteed"

The attacker talks to VCF Media about the 3-1 triumph at home

Marcos André spoke after Valencia CF's win against Granada CF, in which he played a starting role.

Maintaining the dynamic

We have to continue on this good run. The coach had told us that this game was just as important as the one last Wednesday, and we took it just as seriously. We're pleased with another victory in front of our home fans.

A second half improvement

The first half wasn't great, and we spoke in the dressing room about stepping things up a gear. It's what we did, and it was what we had been lacking. We started the second half like we should have done the first, and we were rewarded with the goals.

Good form

"We are in good form, but nothing is guaranteed. We have to keep going and fighting."

Taking his opportunity

"I'm happy to be a starter and to take advantage of the minutes. I want to give the coach problems when it comes to picking the team."

A collective performance

"We're all ready. There's no fatigue. There are players who are getting fewer minutes who started today, as was my case, and we had to show that we're ready. We had to get the points."

Progress in LaLiga

"In the cup we have been doing well, but in LaLiga we needed a little more. Today we were able to match that level and we have to keep the streak going."
